Mar. 8 - Essence - Don't Question - Love & Light

How fortunate I feel to be with each and every one of you. For together we are the wonder and splendor of existence. Take time to feel the essence of all that we are. Allow yourself to embrace the joy and perfection of all that we are. Within all this magnificence is the now and in the now we are all that can be. Celebrate this magnificent now and expand your consciousness.

We are one.

We are God incarnate.

We are much more then we allow.

See yourself as all that you are and acknowledge yourself as the essence of love.

The essence of life eternal. Rejoice in your individual empowerment and allow yourself to be strong. You are the embodiment of the eternal now.

Do you see your wonder?

Do you see your greatness?

See it and be it and surround yourself with love!

Don’t question what will come tomorrow, don’t worry what will be.

Allow your spirit to expand for you are more than what you see.

Step into a space of love and wonder, allow yourself to be the dream.

Inspired from a knowing sensation, follow your guidance it is what it seems.

This path is not an unconscious journey, it’s not a senseless path.

A life that you’ve created has been laid down just as you’ve asked.

Celebrate the world you created, you can do no wrong this time.

This journey is all your own, belonging in your soul not in your mind.

The essence is all too easy, don’t complicate it with strife.

Relax and enjoy with pleasure, you’re with God and that’s beyond life!

Love & Light

Bless the one who walks the path of love and light today. A new frontier, though gaining exposure still not commonly thought of with great acceptance. Be strong and know the thought of love is all there has to be, creating light with your consistent belief, to the contrary of war and grief. Allow yourself to continue the journey of speaking your wisdom in joy. Allow love and light to surge through your veins and happiness will be your reward. Never judge another's choice but continue with yours, for your wisdom is found deep within. 

You are love and light.

You are all that is.

Together we are all that is and so within you we are all one and as one we are all you. In oneness our essence is love! How easy and fun this life could be if we would all realize this is our truth. 

Truth is oneness.

These thoughts of love can be quite abstract. This guidance can be opaque. For words lack feeling so it’s hard to explain the wonder and truth of existence. But let it be for it is up to you to find your truth. You’re the meaning of love and light. Give yourself all that you would give to another and all will be given to you.

Mar. 1 - Flame - Trust - Believe - Smile - Little Pebble

FLAME

I want to let you know that I have been with you for very long, even always. I’ve held your hand and wiped your brow as you journeyed on this earth. Observing and loving, watching you grow as time slipped through your fingers. But earthly time, it has no bounds upon your enchanted life. I tell you now for this is true, you are forever and will never end! Feel your power, you are love and light, God incarnate upon this earth. Never forget, you’re eternal within. It is only your human frame which expires.

Believe me when I call you flame. A flame that never dies for your spirit sores beyond the sky engulfing lifetimes of joy. As you grow the joy becomes more. I’ve seen your ecstasy grow with knowledge of evolution together and individually upon this planet of choice. Striving towards perfection you set your path, feeling joy, appreciation and compassion for no one is alone, we are all one and love will set the tone.

Thank you for living, for being, for growing.

Thank you for sharing your soul.

I embrace you and hold you; I call you home to the remembrance of all that you are.

I have such love for humankind, who blindly walks the earth.

Not knowing who they are or understanding their true worth.

A grand surprise waits for everyone, when you wake to all you are.

No little scared human being, but greatness beyond any star.

For a piece of God lives inside of you, divinity has always been yours.

So, give yourself the gift of trust and watch how your spirit soars.

Believe In Yourself

Know you deserve all that’s good,

know you are worthy of love.

You’re a child of God with a seed in your soul,

a spark of the creator above.

Grab it! Be it! Know your power!

Let your stance be true.

Within your bliss feel the joy and

love of the creator – which is you!

SMILE!

There is power in a smile.

It cost nothing yet its gift is great.

Your mindless face should have a smile.

A smile should be your fate.

The joy that’s found in humankind,

will shine upon your face.

When a smile becomes your focus,

happiness is never out of place.

Little Pebble

A pebble sits upon a path,

not knowing where to go.

It looks and rolls but back and forth

upon the same old flow.

As time goes by our pebble friend,

rolls itself into a rut.

From back and forthing so many times

the pebble became stuck.

Poor simple pebble felt it had no choice,

now stuck inside the rut.

With no idea the rut was created by always

thinking a doubtful ‘but’.

It could have rolled and rolled for days

but found it had no such luck.

For indecision came along and

dug all its choices up.

So why not choose a way to roll when the path

which lies before you is clear?

No matter if you’re right or wrong,

just keep rolling without fear.

For while on the move you can change direction,

there is no right or wrong.

We are all evolving as we are moving,

so keep singing a happy song.

While our poor pebble thinks it was wrong,

it still can find its way.

A little longer on the path

but it will make it out someday.

Jan. 30 - Wings - Simplicity - Drama

Soar upon the wings attached

to your very soul.

For you can’t help but fuel

the embers in the coal.

Within your heart a burning desire

your path is lit as if by fire.

And lightly blowing

around the space,

the joy you feel

can be seen on your face.

The warmth within spreads out and around you

as the energy becomes all that is you.

From human body to God with wings,

the earth, the heavens and the mind all sings.

“So what do you think, can we make this work?”

This life of ours is truly simple. Yet somehow we feel more importance comes from complications.

How can meaning come from simplicity?

I tell you this: Find comfort in the simple joys, find pleasure in the peace and know beauty in the ease.

For struggle need not be the wave that carries us home.

Joy and compassion will rise us to the crest and carry us to a place of peace.

Give this same grace of compassion to all living things, for with compassion comes understanding and with understanding comes ease …

Ease into a new way of being, of growing and glowing with the spirit of God.

Lets have a party

lets skip and jump

No matter our age

get out of the slump

Whoop and holler

and sing along

Find time to let go, find time to play

or old and decrepit, you’ll just decay

Sing songs of joy

of love and laughter

And we will all live

happily ever after.

“But someone has hurt me? They made me feel bad. I had my whole life planned.”

Yes, it had ‘them’ in it and they were a big part.

They had wrapped themselves around your heart.

So, what do you do now?

How do you feel compassion?

Let go, allow them to leave, to exit your heart.

Life’s all about growing and they served you well.

With compassion realize this for yourself and for others.

In truth you no longer want them to be responsible for your happiness.

In truth only you want that responsibility evermore.

Never again will you give yourself away to such an extent that another is in charge of your joy.

They may aid and inspire but never control.

It is YOU! Empower yourself to allow and be responsible for your own joy.

Had it not been for ‘them’ this you would not know.

Now without ‘them’ you can truly grow.

Say goodbye and thank you … You have served me well.

 A request from self: Let go of the drama

I make it sound so easy, I make it sound a breeze

And let me tell you it can be

both of these.

For life is a mystery, and we are in charge.

So call on the spirits that wander at large.

You are not alone,

spirit surrounds every being

and if you’d open up your eyes it would be you that you are seeing.

You are the master. You run your life

Trust in your wisdom and let go of strife.
